Google is hiring an Outcome Customer Engineer for SaaS Delivery in Dubai, a full-time onsite role combining technical leadership with program management to accelerate value from Google Cloud SaaS deployments. You will own end-to-end deployment plans, clear blockers, and coordinate across customer and partner teams while transitioning licenses into production and driving adoption and expansion. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, experience with deployment planning or change management, and the ability to engage with technical or executive stakeholders; programming or systems design skills are a plus. As a SaaS Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE), you will drive initial and ongoing revenue ramp for our SaaS customers, clearing blockers and ensuring they get the maximum benefit from their investment faster. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transitioning scoped license agreements into production by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. You will have a direct impact on the velocity and incremental consumption of customer license agreements, leading to accelerated value realization, higher adoption, and future expansion opportunities.
You will blend sales expertise, market knowledge, direct technical engagement, and technical project management to prove the value of Google Cloud SaaS products.
