Job Description
As an Outlet Manager at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a memorable guest experience that reflects the bold, stylish, and playful identity of the SO/ brand. You will lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team to achieve high standards of quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet brand standards in presentation, taste, and consistency.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to optimize coverage and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and beverage offerings to assist guests and guide the team.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and coordinate ordering of supplies in collaboration with the F&B team.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards in line with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, bar, housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on outlet performance, including guest feedback, financial metrics, and team performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, enhance guest experience, and achieve outlet targets.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and professional environment that reflects the SO/ brand culture.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of outlet staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in luxury hotels or upscale F&B operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and alignment with the SO/ brand personality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
