What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
  • Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
  • Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
  • Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.

 Bonus points for these:

  • Prior quota-carrying experience and ability to build a network
  • B2B field sales experience
  • Running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting potential clients, presenting/demoing products, and closing the deal
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese are nice to have

  • Uncapped commission with accelerators, paid out monthly. Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
  • Promotion progression- This role is designed with a built-in progression. You come in as a District Manager, but we don’t expect you to perform at full quota immediately.
