Expect a base salary plus uncapped sales bonuses, with an OTE around $75,000 and total earnings up to $100,000 for top performers, plus a guaranteed $3,000 bonus after 60 days, mileage reimbursement, and team perks. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, an excellent communicator, comfortable with travel, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
