Your Role:
As an Overseer within the correctional centre environment you will be required to supervise, coach and support inmates within a team environment to develop practical work skills, enhance post-release employment opportunities and contribute to the achievement of Service and Business Unit objectives.
As well as coordinate and oversee team operations to optimise productivity, efficiency and commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards, Quality Management requirements and customer service expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
The Successful candidates are provided with paid training to undertake Certificate III in Correctional Practice at an allocated Corrective Services Academy training facility.
