Primark Inverness is seeking a part-time People and Culture Administrator to deliver store level P and C activities with discretion and diplomacy. You’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, engagement and wellbeing, report on KPIs, and support the Store Management Team and the P&C Business Partner. It’s a permanent role, 20 hours per week with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of £13.43 per hour. The ideal candidate has prior administrative experience, knowledge of local employment legislation, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
