Aldar Education are seeking a People & Culture Executive for Bateen World Academy, commencing 16 March 2026, or sooner by appointment.

The successful candidate will be a strong practitioner and coach, aligned with the school’s core values and committed to supporting a culture of collaboration, growth, and impact. 

People & Culture Operations:

  • Support monthly payroll cycles by validating attendance reports.
  • Process new joiners, terminations, salary revisions, and employee updates in line with payroll timelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and ensure data integrity for reporting and audits.
  • Liaise with HQ Payroll to verify end-of-service and staff deduction calculations.
  • Coordinate employee letters and documentation in line with approval processes.
  • Support the clearance and exit process for leavers, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Track and monitor probation and annual performance evaluation forms to ensure timely completion by line managers.
  • Support verification and administration of benefits such as accommodation, education allowance, and related entitlements.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including CV screening, initial candidate calls, offer processing and reference checks.
  • Organise and attend recruitment events to promote Aldar Education as an employer of choice. 
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring all required documents are collected, verified, and saved in Oracle/EDMS.
  • Coordinate with GRE and HQ teams for MOHRE and ICP applications, token submissions, and visa processes.
  • Participate in and support the organisation of induction sessions for new joiners and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Support the Cluster P&C Manager with employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary matters in line with policy and UAE labour law.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation of all cases.

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Prepare regular People & Culture reports including onboarding, offboarding, CTC dashboards, ER reports, and quality assurance checks.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records across all P&C systems and ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Contribute to cluster-level and HQ data requests as required.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with Cluster P&C Managers, Talent Officers, and HQ functions to deliver consistent people services across the cluster.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
  • Promote Aldar Education’s values and a positive, people-focused culture within all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in People & Culture, ideally within education or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour law, payroll processes, and People & Culture systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion) is desirable.

  • Competent in using IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the cluster as required.
  • Fluency in English.
