This is a permanent, Monday–Friday day shift role, perfect if you’re after consistency, stability, and a way to get your foot in the door of the beverage industry.

 

Whether you come from manufacturing, trades, warehousing, production, or are looking to jump in for the first time, what matters most is attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

You’ll be an important part of the team responsible for safely and efficiently packaging our malt extract and kegged beer products. Your day-to-day will include:

 

  • Packing products on the production line and monitoring quality
  • Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Supporting continuous improvement
  • Working flexibly across the brewery Packaging team as needed
  • Performing light, repetitive manual handling (you’ll be on your feet, hands-on)
  • Operating a forklift and other fixed plant machinery
  • Opportunities to work at other production sites

 

Some of the Skills You’ll Bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic computer skills
  • Manufacturing, production or trade experience is a plus, but not a must
