ams OSRAM is hiring a 1st shift Packer in Hillsboro, NH. In this fast paced role you’ll assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons, inspect finished goods, follow packaging guidelines, and handle inventory while keeping product integrity at the equipment pace. No manufacturing experience required; you must be able to stand, bend, reach, twist and lift at least 25 lbs, and you should be reliable with sharp attention to detail. Pay is $16.50/hour with a $1/hour raise after 6 months, plus full benefits, PTO, holidays and 401(k) with up to a 6% match. The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. Your new responsibilities

• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting the final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged.
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.
• Packers must be able to seal each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the equipment.
• Packers must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

• Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs on your own.
• Must be reliable and detail oriented.
