What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing surfaces for painting and or plastering, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and priming
• Applying paints, coatings, and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Selecting and using the correct paint types, colours, and materials
• Completing tasks within agreed timeframes and quality standards
• Working safely in line with all health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Table
• Relevant painting qualification or equivalent trade experience
• Strong practical knowledge of painting techniques, products, and methodologies
• Experience in both interior and exterior maintenance, preparation, and finishing
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• A strong alignment with Citycare Property values
• Legal right to work in New Zealand, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, and willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check
• Ability to meet site-specific security and access requirements (airport environment)
