Seeking a Spray Painter to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare repaired panels by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming to ensure high‑quality paint adhesion.
• Mix and match paint colours using spectrophotometers and tinting techniques to meet OEM standards.
• Apply base coat, clear coat, and specialised finishes using HVLP spray guns in controlled environments.
• Perform polishing, denibbing, and final detailing to achieve Capital S.M.A.R.T’s premium finish standards.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate spray guns, booths, and mixing equipment to ensure consistent performance.
• Follow strict WHS procedures, including PPE use, safe chemical handling, and booth ventilation protocols.
