Capital SMART seeks a Panel Beater for a full-time role at Booragoon, in a workshop with repair technology. Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, with overtime and a dedicated bay. You will repair and straighten bodies and frames, remove and replace panels when needed, read repair methods and job cards, and maintain quality to meet scope and time targets with a safety focus. Apprenticeship or equivalent, proven smash repair experience, strong attention to detail, reliability and teamwork, and full Australian working rights are preferred. The Role

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop using industry-leading repair technology to bring damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition — efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:

• Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
• Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable
• Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards
• Working to repair scope and time targets
• Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the repair process
• Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures

What we're looking for:

• Completed apprenticeship in Panel Beating (or equivalent trade qualification)
• Proven experience in a smash repair environment
• Ability to work efficiently to scope without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player
• Full working rights in Australia
