You’ll lead 30 plus staff across 65 cabins, 53 sites and eight permanent residences, delivering memorable guest experiences, ensuring top park presentation and building a positive, engaged culture while staying visible across operations. Essential: holiday park or hospitality leadership, a proven record in customer experience and team development, and the ability to manage day to day operations; Federal Police Clearance and a state Working with Children Check are mandatory.
