adidas is opening a NEW Concept Store on Cashel Street in Christchurch and is hiring a Part-Time Retail Professional. In this role you will drive store and personal sales targets, deliver Brand Customer Service standards, maintain Visual Merchandising, process deliveries quickly, and continually replenish stock with a focus on footwear while embodying the adidas brand values. The ideal candidate has solid retail sales or customer service experience, is motivated and energetic, and thrives in a fast paced environment. Expect about 38 hours per week across weekdays and weekends; please include your availability in the application. We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our NEW Concept Store in Cashel Street on a PART-TIME basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively
• Constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor, with a particular focus on the Footwear category monitoring sell-through and replenishment
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.  

Working Hours:
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application!
