You’ll earn:

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year working with kids in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
  • Completed 48+ college credit hours
  • Feel confident managing a classroom of students
  • Are willing to step in where needed - this could include lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season
  • Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments)
  • Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world
