Wellways Australia is hiring a Participant and Family Development Practitioner (Lived Experience) on a full‑time onsite basis in Fairfield, 07. The role exists to support and deliver development opportunities for participants and families, strengthen self‑agency and recovery, review and co design initiatives, and mentor peer facilitators across Wellways. It offers SCHADS Level 5.1 ($51 p/h) plus super, leave loading and salary packaging. Pre engagement requirements include lived experience, evidence of working rights, 100 points ID, Police Check, WWC and NDIS worker screening, and the free orientation module.
