What You’ll Do
In this role, you will deliver a sales and relationship management strategy for a defined Partner portfolio, including newly recruited Partners. You will embed yourself within each Partner organisation to influence their strategy and execution through Insights Discovery.
You will meet individual revenue targets while supporting wider team and company goals, including Partner Happiness (NPS) and profitability. The role focuses on managing and coaching Partner relationships, strengthening their product knowledge, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery and brand representation.
As an Insights Ambassador, you will work confidently with internal and external stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrix structure, staying aligned with regional and channel priorities.
You will remain informed about the commercial and competitive landscape in your territory and keep up to date with developments in the learning field—especially digital and AI‑enhanced learning—to ensure your approach stays relevant and innovative.
How you’ll show up
You’ll bring strong account‑management experience, with the ability to maximise profitable growth through consultative selling and tailored solutions. With a background in learning and development, you’ll quickly integrate new Insights solutions and technology into compelling commercial proposals.
Highly organised and self‑driven, you work effectively on your own and engage confidently with senior decision‑makers—handling challenging questions, negotiating effectively, and closing sales. You’ll interpret Partner needs, shape smart tactical and strategic responses, and deliver high‑quality reports, analysis, and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. With clear commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll turn ideas into successful Partner projects that add real value.
