Too Good To Go is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist in Melbourne to manage a partner portfolio, drive growth and retention, and optimise supply. You’ll build relationships, prioritise opportunities, analyse performance and collaborate with teams to improve partner experience. The right candidate brings B2B experience, excellent communication and listening skills, empathy and patience, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a data-driven mindset; CRM familiarity helps, Salesforce is a bonus but you can learn. We’re looking for an exceptional Partner Growth Specialist to join the Australian superstar team at Too Good To Go in Melbourne.
Your role
As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will act as the main contact for a portfolio of our partner stores. You’ll work closely with them to drive growth and retention, as well as focus on optimisation. You will be comfortable in effective prioritisation, ensuring you are aligned with business goals and engaging your portfolio. Your ultimate aim is to keep partners growing, consistently supplying, and inspiring them to help us grow our mission.
