Adyen is seeking a Partner Success Manager DACH in Berlin to own the GTM strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and drive margin growth through the partner ecosystem; you will advise Country Managers and partners, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with system integrators, shaping enablement programs and representing Adyen at events to deliver measurable results; the ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial or go-to-market roles, deep DACH knowledge, fluent German and English, and a proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution and travel; to apply, tailor your CV to quantify revenue impact from partnerships, highlight collaborations and co-sell programs, and show readiness for on-site Berlin work while aligning with Adyen's inclusive culture.
