Secret Cinema is seeking a production minded Partnerships Account Manager for a part-time fixed-term contract in Greater London with a hybrid model (minimum two days in the office per week) and strong potential to convert to permanent. You’ll own brand partnerships from origination through live delivery for Grease The Immersive Movie Musical and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Immersive Adventure, including rights management, on-site activations, reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in partnerships, robust live event production experience, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines. Salary £45,000–£55,000 FTE pro rata. To apply, tailor your CV with end-to-end activations, cite measurable outcomes, and show a proactive, collaborative approach aligned with TTG culture and equity commitments.
Secret Cinema produces spectacular theatrical productions that give our audiences an unforgettable night out. Our shows combine the talents of world-class theatre makers with Secret Cinema’s unique approach to bringing immersive worlds to life. Following the success of Grease The Immersive Movie Musical in 2025, several other large-scale productions are in development.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and production minded Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a part-time contract. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast paced production environment and take ownership of delivering best-in-class brand partnerships from day one. Created to support the delivery of Secret Cinema's upcoming productions: Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Immersive Adventure, the role will play a critical part during key planning, build and live delivery phases.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our commercial brand partnerships from initial deal completion through to live execution, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.
Location & Hybrid Working Model: This is a part-time, 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role. Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area. To maintain the collaborative, fast-paced energy required to mount our productions, the standard expectation is a minimum of 2 days per week in the office/on-site, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. We are ideally seeking someone available to start as soon as possible.
Contract Terms: The opportunity requires a commitment of minimum three days per week, with additional hours required during project delivery phases. Salary: £45,000–£55,000 FTE (pro rata based on agreed working pattern), dependent on experience.
Production & Delivery Periods: Due to the live nature of our productions, working hours are not always strictly 9-to-5. During high-stakes delivery windows, specifically show builds, technical rehearsals, preview weeks, and opening runs, this role will require flexible working patterns. This includes evening and weekend work on-site to oversee partner activations, host VIP guests, and ensure delivery meets our exacting standards.
