The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the Airlines & Hospitality vertical strategy and key account planning across your book of business
• Build compelling vertical narratives, insights, and playbooks grounded in industry trends and client use cases
• Grow and deepen existing client relationships while proactively unlocking new revenue opportunities within the vertical
• Lead a consultative approach, delivering best-in-class media strategies from business planning through to KPI measurement
• Educate and influence client stakeholders on TikTok’s value proposition, scaling best practices across the vertical
• Ensure best-in-class client servicing in partnership with Client Solutions and cross-functional teams
• Initiate and lead key internal and external initiatives for the vertical to drive revenue growth and market impact
• Expertise in the Airlines & Hospitality or similar performance heavy vertical, preferably as a brand owner or a member of the digital transformation/digital media team.
• Comprehension of the digital media ecosystem and/or hands-on experience collaborating with media agencies and your vertical partners.
• Proven ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and fulfill revenue objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, preferably with existing connections among key marketing decision-makers in the region.
