The Role
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to own and execute our partnership strategy across hospitality, digital platforms, and promotional channels. You'll be the architect of our external relationships, identifying and securing partnerships that elevate the Elaris brand and drive meaningful business results.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership Development

Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues to expand Elaris Salon's reach and client base

Develop and manage relationships with online booking platforms, beauty marketplaces, and digital service providers

Create co-marketing opportunities and promotional campaigns with complementary lifestyle brands
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Build and execute a comprehensive partnerships roadmap aligned with business objectives

Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing agreements

Track partnership performance metrics and ROI, optimizing for maximum impact
Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership accounts

Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations

Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure seamless partnership execution
Marketing & Promotional Activities

Design and implement joint promotional campaigns with partners

Collaborate with marketing team on partnership-driven content and initiatives

Represent Elaris Salon at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings
Requirements
Required:

3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors

Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals

Strong commercial acumen with ability to structure mutually beneficial agreements

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
