The Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to own and execute Persian Horizon's partnership strategy as an investment firm. You'll identify and secure strategic partnerships with financial institutions, family offices, luxury brands, hospitality groups, real estate offices and industry leaders that elevate Persian Horizon's market position, expand our network, and create strategic opportunities for the firm.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure partnerships with luxury hotels, premium restaurants, and high-end hospitality venues for co-investment opportunities, preferential access, and brand alignment
  • Build relationships with financial institutions, family offices, and private equity firms to expand deal flow and co-investment opportunities
  • Develop partnerships with online platforms, digital marketplaces, and technology providers that align with our investment focus
  • Create strategic alliances with industry associations, business councils, and professional networks

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Establish Persian Horizon's presence in key markets through strategic partnerships and affiliations
  • Negotiate exclusive access, VIP programs, and preferential arrangements with premium partners
  • Build relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and thought leadership platforms
  • Develop corporate partnerships and B2B relationships that enhance firm visibility

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partnership accounts
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite executives, family office principals, and key decision-makers
  • Manage partnership agreements, contracts, and ongoing relationship development
  • Coordinate with internal investment teams to align partnerships with firm strategy

Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Design and implement co-marketing initiatives that showcase Persian Horizon's expertise and market position
  • Organize exclusive networking events, industry gatherings, and thought leadership forums
  • Collaborate with marketing team on partnership-driven content and brand initiatives
  • Represent Persian Horizon at industry conferences, investment forums, and high-profile events

Requirements

equired:

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in investment firms, private equity, family offices, or financial services
  • Proven track record of building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional partners, and C-suite executives
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of investment dynamics
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to operate in high-stakes environments
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and discretion handling confidential matters
  • Strategic thinker who can identify partnership opportunities that align with firm objectives

Preferred:

  • Existing network within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, real estate or premium service industries
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or asset management
  • Track record of developing strategic partnerships in financial services sector
  • Experience with online platforms and digital partnerships
