Parts Advisor – Seasonal Full-Time

Location: Whitehorse, YT
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including weekends as required)

We are currently seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Parts Advisor to join our team at our Whitehorse, Yukon dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, is mechanically inclined, and has a passion for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with parts-related questions and inquiries

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of parts orders

• Following up on backorders by coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers

• Merchandising and organizing new parts displays

• Checking and maintaining inventory location codes

• Scheduling customer appointments

• Creating work orders from phone and in-person requests

• Providing estimates and quoting repair work

• Completing other duties as assigned by the Manager

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have strong customer service skills

• Be mechanically inclined

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Have retail parts and inventory experience (an asset)

• Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Be available to work weekends
