COLAS Miller Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Berry Mills NB to own daily stockroom operations, inventory control, parts distribution and supplier coordination, with a Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule. The role demands accurate cycle counts, month-end reconciliations, counter service, and shipment preparation, plus backing up the Buyer as needed. Ideal candidates bring stockroom or warehouse experience, a valid Class 5 license, strong Excel and Outlook skills, comfort with inventory systems (SharePoint or Coupa a plus), sharp attention to detail and reliable adaptability to changing priorities. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for owning the day-to-day operations of the parts stockroom, including inventory control, parts distribution, and coordination of orders with suppliers. This role ensures that parts are accurately tracked, readily available, and efficiently managed to support operations. The position also plays a key role in maintaining an organized stockroom and supporting continuous improvement in inventory processes.
This position works Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (50 hours per week).
