PECE strategically supports Bayside Health Alfred Care Group to implement, monitor and evaluate the Patients Come First (PCF) Strategy. The PCF Strategy is our ‘road map’ for agreed priorities of care and service to support the best possible experience of care for all patients, irrespective of their individual preferences, values and expressed needs.
Position Summary
This position supports implementation and evaluation of the PCF Strategy as directed by the Director PECE and per the agreed objectives of the PCF Plan.
This will be achieved by assisting with coordination of strategies as directed to support the eight domains of the 2021-2026 PCF strategy and plan
