You’ll greet patients, answer calls, verify insurance, discuss financial responsibilities, manage referrals, scan insurance cards, collect co-pays, and keep the clinic organized and welcoming per CDC guidelines while delivering empathetic service. What matters most: solid customer service experience, strong organization and time management, and comfort in a fast-paced team; proficiency with Word and Excel; basic medical terminology and HIPAA awareness are a plus.
