Epworth HealthCare seeks a Patient Services Officer for Self Funded Estimates to build a central process engaging patient services teams, VMOs and GPs in preparing self funded estimates. This customer centred role will train stakeholders, develop tools and policies, and improve care delivery. You should have 2–3 years in customer service and stakeholder management, health estimates experience, strong coaching and communication skills, solid computer literacy, and a belief in patient centred care, plus a valid Working with Children check. This role assists in setting up a central process to engage with key stakeholders including the patient services teams, Visiting Medical Officer’s, GP’s and the General Public for the preparation of estimates for Epworth HealthCare’s self-funded patients.
