Join Boeing as a Payroll Specialist - Middle East in Dubai, onsite, full-time. You will ensure first-time quality payroll for Middle East countries, handle employee inquiries, coordinate with CloudPay and TCS on pre and post payroll integrations, and support complex payroll and timekeeping reporting while maintaining documentation. You’ll partner with HR, Compensation and Benefits to resolve cross-functional issues, interpret in-country regulatory requirements, and strengthen internal controls. Required: Arabic fluency in reading and writing, at least five years international payroll experience, deep knowledge of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar payroll requirements, and experience with payroll timekeeping platforms and vendor relations.
