TELUS is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the People & Culture team in Burnaby on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office) to support payroll for more than 24,000 teammates across Canada. You will manage production payroll runs, submit bank files, reconcile net pay, handle off-cycle payments, address overpayments, maintain confidential records, and serve as the primary contact for pay questions while driving continuous improvement and safeguarding data integrity through audits and automation. Requirements include PCP certification, strong SAP or SuccessFactors experience, advanced Excel, and a disciplined, confidential approach; CPM is a nice-to-have.
