You will conduct nursing assessments and coordinate care with physicians and the team to determine levels of care. Schedule four days weekly, Thursdays required, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Requirements: CA RN license, at least one year of pediatric nursing, current licensure; ELNEC training within the first year; Public Health Nursing certification and HPNA preferred. Pay range $58.90-$73.65 hourly. As part of the pediatric team, the Pediatric Nurse Case Manager will provide skilled nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of pediatric patients and families in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

4 days a week, Thursdays are required, other 3 days during the week are flexible; 8:30am - 5:00pm
