The Opportunity

Our People & Culture team plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing and supporting the people who make Netwealth successful. We're looking for a highly organised People & Learning Coordinator to provide essential operational support across both Learning & Development and People Operations.

This is a role for someone who loves organisation, process and getting things done. You'll help coordinate training programs, manage learning records and compliance, maintain shared inboxes, support employee benefits, and keep a wide range of people processes moving forward.

While the role spans both Learning & Development and People Operations, much of your time will be spent supporting learning programs, onboarding activities and training administration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate training programs, inductions, logistics and learning calendars

  • Manage training records, compliance tracking, enrolments and completions in Workday

  • Own and manage the People and L&D inboxes, ensuring queries are actioned promptly

  • Support employee benefits administration and employee enquiries

  • Coordinate visa administration and liaise with external providers

  • Prepare employee documentation and maintain people data integrity

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort

This role offers strong development opportunities. As your knowledge grows, you'll build exposure across both Learning & Development and People Operations, creating pathways into broader P&C and specialist roles.

About you:

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, manage multiple priorities, follow through, and maintain a high level of accuracy and discretion.

You enjoy bringing order to complexity and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You're proactive, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.

You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working within structured processes, and aren't afraid to follow up, chase actions and see tasks through to completion. Most importantly, you're someone people can trust with sensitive information and important work.

You'll bring:

  • Strong administration, coordination or operational experience

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership

  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a love of process, structure and organisation

Experience with HR systems, learning administration or employee-facing support functions is beneficial, but not essential. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable and eager to learn.
