Qube’s People & Culture Cadet is a two-year, full-time on-site program in Western Australia designed for recent graduates and school leavers to enter the logistics and transport sector. Cadets receive structured training, mentoring and regular check-ins, with the option to complete certificates in Cert III in Business, Driver Operations, Information Technology or Supply Chain Logistics as they gain real-world experience. About the Program:

The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube. This 2-year program sees graduates develop key skills and knowledge, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience within the industry.

Throughout the course of the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, but there are regular check-ins with the Qube team so you can stay engaged with your Qube journey.

What are we offering? 

All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available,

including:  

• Cert III in Business
• Cert III in Driver Operations
• Cert III in Information Technology
• Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics
