The People & Culture Executive provides generalist support across the full employee lifecycle within their allocated school and cluster, acting as the first point of contact for school-based colleagues and ensuring consistent delivery of People & Culture processes, policies and systems.
They work closely with the Cluster P&C Manager and Talent team to support payroll coordination, employee relations casework, onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, benefits processing, and reporting, with flexibility to contribute to recruitment activities as required.
