Job Description

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in the development and organization of training materials and programs.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent management and organizational culture.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
