You will lead staff support, drive HR projects, assist budgeting, help managers build teams, manage documents and payroll, and train newcomers as host and leader. You’ll spot talent and promote it with the GM, fluent in English and with several years of hospitality HR. This is a hands-on role that values initiative and learning from mistakes.
