CERN is hiring a People Experience Assistant in the HR People eXperience and Engagement team in Geneva to support diverse students, graduates and staff with HR processes, advisory services, engaging presentations and the swift administration of contractual actions. The ideal candidate combines discretion with strong customer service, clear written and spoken English and a commitment to learn French, plus MS Office and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Eligibility requires a CERN Member or Associate Member State nationality, a maximum of two years post graduation HR or related experience, and a general secondary education diploma; prior CERN fellow or graduate contracts are not eligible. The 24 to 36 month, 40 hour hybrid contract includes a competitive monthly stipend and broad benefits.
