Paymentology is seeking an onsite, London-based People Operations Specialist to own global frameworks for onboarding and offboarding, data governance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, acting as the system owner for HRIS and mobility platforms and partnering with Legal, Payroll, IT and Security. You will lead enterprise-wide compliance programs covering immigration, GDPR and benefits governance, run global audits, and deliver dashboards on headcount and mobility to inform executive decisions, while mentoring regional teams to ensure consistent, compliant ways of working. Ideal candidates have 7-9 years in global People Ops or mobility in fintech or SaaS, strong HRIS ownership and cross-functional influence, and a knack for policy design.
