About the Role:

As People Operations & Talent Coordinator, you'll own the systems and workflows that keep our People function running. Partnering closely with the Head of People & Talent, you'll drive improvements across the employee lifecycle, strengthen how we hire, and help build the foundations that will scale with us as we grow

At Ledgy you will:

People Operations (70%):

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our teams in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and our EOR team, including contracts, device management, and systems access.
  • HRIS: maintain People systems (HiBob and Deel), ensuring clean and reliable data and efficient workflows
  • Compliance: own the HR side of our compliance program, including tool access management, policy documentation, and audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO
  • Benefits: own benefits administration and act as the point person for all employee queries
  • Optimize workflows: build efficient processes and leverage automation to streamline people operations
  • Events & Culture: partner on high-impact projects including employer branding, employee engagement initiatives, and biannual offsite planning

Talent Acquisition (30%):

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles
  • Coordinate interview scheduling via Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage and analyze recruiting metrics to uncover trends, providing the leadership team with actionable insights that sharpen our hiring efficiency and strategy

This role is a great fit if you:
