The role demands discretion, strong Excel/PowerPoint and storytelling through dashboards, plus the ability to design and execute large meetings and virtual events, draft presentations, and maintain 5S documentation. Successful candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years administrative experience (pharma a plus), proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration across functions. The Position
Performs administrative, clerical & process support. Assists the Director &/or department leadership team in document controlling, scheduling, meeting logistics, social activities, travel coordination, presentation development, onboarding & KPI tracking. This position will work alongside the P&O Director & require a high level of confidentiality.
Relationships
Reports to Director, People & Organization.
