Humanforce is seeking a People Partner in Sydney, a full‑time onsite role within a global AI‑native HR tech company. This isn’t a traditional HRBP; it’s a transformation position at the heart of operating model change, partnering with leaders to translate strategy into execution and redesign workforce planning, organizational design and capability uplift while embedding AI tools across People Ops. Ideal candidates are seasoned HRBPs or Generalists with end‑to‑end lifecycle experience, strong change aptitude, and comfort with technology‑enabled processes. To apply, highlight measurable change outcomes, demonstrate stakeholder influence at senior levels, and show alignment with our bold, customer-obsessed values and hybrid flexibility.

Work in HR, inside a HR tech company

Join a People & Culture team within a global HCM tech company and help build a modern, AI-native function while partnering with the people who design, engineer, sell, and support the product we take to the world.

At Humanforce our vision is simple: make work easier and life better work for frontline and flexible workforces.

We support more than 2,300 customers and almost one million employees across 30+ countries, with teams in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, North America, and the Philippines.

Humanforce has built strong foundations since its founding in 2002. We help over 2300 customers and almost 1 million employees under management in 30+ countries. Today, we have offices across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, North America and the Philippines.

The opportunity

Join Humanforce as a People Partner and help redesign how People & Culture operates in an AI-native organisation.

We are not layering AI onto old ways of working. We are rethinking how work gets done across the business, including how we structure teams, build capability, and deliver impact.

This is not a traditional HRBP role. It is a transformation role at the centre of operating model change, workforce transition, and capability uplift. You will work hands-on with leaders to translate strategy into execution and support teams through real organisational change.

If you are motivated by building the future of HR, not maintaining the past, this role is for you.

Who you are

  • An experienced HR Business Partner or Generalist with strong end-to-end lifecycle experience
  • Energised by change and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
  • AI-forward in your thinking, curious about technology and how it can reshape HR
  • Practical and hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and build new ways of working
  • Commercially minded with strong judgement and stakeholder confidence
  • Comfortable balancing empathy with pragmatism during complex change

What you will do

  • Contribute to the evolution of our HR operating model, identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and redesign repeatable processes.
  • Work on AI-assisted HR projects, helping embed intelligent tools across People Ops, performance, leadership development and employee experience initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching and guidance on people matters
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including workforce planning, organisational design, performance and remuneration cycles.
  • Support and deliver change initiatives including, role design and organisational transformation projects.

 What you’ll need

  • Proven HRBP or Generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Exposure to organisational change, restructures, or transformation programs
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working with technology, automation, or system-enabled processes
  • Confidence operating as the human in the loop alongside AI-enabled workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ideally technology-led environment

Our values

  • We are bold
  • We are all in
  • We are customer obsessed
  • We do what we say
  • We are good humans
