REA Group is hiring a People Systems Analyst in Richmond for a full-time onsite role focused on shaping Workday and People platforms within the Employee Experience team. You’ll configure Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Time Tracking, manage security and integrations, and drive data quality and release activities while pursuing automation and AI-enabled improvements with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ hands-on Workday HCM configuration, strong problem solving and stakeholder skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. In your application, show modular configuration, data loads, reporting, incident management and project delivery, quantify impact, and demonstrate a genuine passion for a people-centred culture and REA’s flexible environment.

We partner across People & Culture and the broader business to design end‑to‑end experiences, run high‑quality people services, and ensure our people technology, data and processes are fit for a growing, global organisation. Our focus is on balancing employee experience, risk, cost and scalability so our people can do their best work and feel supported throughout their REA journey. The People Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting & optimising REA’s Workday environment and broader People Platforms ecosystem.
