We are seeking a highly capable Principal – Performance and Insights to lead the development of a modern, data-driven portfolio performance capability across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT).
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of portfolio management by moving beyond traditional project reporting and establishing an insights-led approach that provides leaders with clear visibility of value delivery, portfolio health, risks, and outcomes. Working within the Portfolio Management Office, you will play a key role in the evolution of the PMO towards a Value Realisation Office (VRO), embedding performance and value-based decision-making across the organisation.
