Main Duties: 

  • To welcome visitors to the school and respond professionally to queries from families, visitors, staff and students.
  • To support the administration, organisation and coordination of educational trips, visits and school events.
  • To maintain accurate staff records and personnel files, including payroll-related documentation.
  • To facilitate the transfer of documents and information between the school and Aldar Education HQ.
  • To support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, obtaining references and preparing onboarding documentation for new staff.
  • To line manage and oversee the work of the administrative team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • To maintain the accuracy and integrity of all school information systems and databases, including MIS, Parent Portal, Engage and other relevant platforms.
  • To oversee the development, maintenance and implementation of whole-school timetables, ensuring effective allocation of resources and compliance with curriculum requirements.
  • To coordinate and manage assessment and reporting processes, including report cards, MAP assessments, external examinations and other student performance measures.
  • To lead the collection, validation, analysis and reporting of school-wide data, including student achievement, attendance, enrolment, staffing and operational metrics, providing accurate reports and insights to support leadership decision-making and school improvement initiatives.
  • To prepare regular reports, dashboards and data analyses for school leadership, Aldar Education and regulatory authorities as required.
  • To ensure the accuracy, security and confidentiality of all student, staff and school data in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • To support school improvement planning through the effective use of data, trends analysis and performance monitoring.
  • To provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
  • To support the receptionist during busy periods and ensure effective front-of-house operations.
  • To follow all school EHS guidelines and comply with school policies, procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.

Minimum Qualifications    

-    Minimum diploma / degree of higher education; or Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
