About The Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our local care team as Personal Care Workers in the Frankston area. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community. Your tasks may include;

  • Assisting with personal care: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Mobility support: Aiding clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.

Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes around Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Mount Eliza, Mornington, Somerville.

About You

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
  • CPR & First Aid Certificates
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
