Paris Regional Medical Center, a 154-bed Level III trauma center, in Paris, TX, is hiring a full-time Pharmacist on-site with a 7on7off rotation (Wednesday through Tuesday) and shifts 0900-2130 midweek and 0700-1730 on weekends. The pharmacist prepares and dispenses medications, supervises technicians, supports clinical rounds, provides drug information, and ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and infection control. Requirements include an active Texas pharmacist license, at least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred), and Omnicell and Meditech experience (preferred). • Review and interpret physician medication orders for accuracy, dosage and patient safety
• Prepare and dispensed prescribed medications according to professional standards and regulatory guidelines
• Supervise and direct pharmacy support staff in day-to-day functions
• Monitor patient responses to medications and identify potential adverse reactions
• Provide drug information to physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records of all controlled substances and monitor compliance
• Ensure that medication storage and dispensing complies with infection control, safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, etc as required
• Perform quality assurance checks and participate in departmental audits
• Precept college of pharmacy students

• Holds an active Texas pharmacist license (TX) – active and unrestricted
• Possesses at least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred)
• Omnicell and Meditech experience (preferred)

• Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
