Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations
  • Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional care
  • Provide clinical services including medication reviews, immunizations, and chronic disease management
  • Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
  • Build relationships with patients, prescribers, and community stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the pharmacy

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; managerial experience an asset
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in ownership or long-term commitment to the community
  • Willingness to relocate to La Ronge and become an integral part of the community
