BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our Essex County team for full time, onsite home health visits to adult and geriatric clients. This role offers independence and a flexible territory based schedule with one on one patient care, competitive per visit pay ranging from $68.00 to $75.00 depending on experience, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, plus strong clinical leadership and mentorship. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence based interventions, provide wound prevention when appropriate, educate patients and families, and document progress in EMR.
