This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties.
One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required. As a hospice Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary hospice care team that provides palliative, nursing, therapeutic and personal care and social services to hospice clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the care required to remain at home.
