CBI Health is seeking a Physiotherapist for a casual, onsite coverage role across Calgary clinics. This position invites you into a ground up culture with a VTO process, personalized growth goals, and mentorship through the Clinician Development Program, while you gain exposure to diverse clinicians and care models. Hours are flexible, typically 7am to 8pm, and you’ll be first in line for new opportunities within the group. Requirements include a Physiotherapy degree, PACA registration, liability insurance, and the ability to cover multiple locations with a reliable vehicle; on Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice is an asset. This dynamic position is unique as it offers a wide range of experiences across our various clinics. You will gain exposure to many different clinicians, disciplines, and models of care that you might not get in a stationary role. It is a flexible job that you can adapt around other positions you may have and make work for you! As a coverage team member, you will have access to our Clinician Development Program where you will receive mentorship from experienced clinicians in the company based on your areas of interest. This position also puts you first in line for new opportunities within our group.

Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Degree in Physiotherapy
Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the PACA
Valid liability insurance
On Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice is an asset
Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable vehicle (covering at different locations)
